Responsibilities:

- Act as the quarterback in guiding the trajectory of client projects.
- Mentor, train, and develop Assistant Project Managers and designers within your team.

- Serve as a trusted business partner to clients, leveraging your technical expertise to help them achieve their development goals.
- Represent clients at key project milestones, including public presentations and hearings.
- Act as second in command directly to the Director of Land Development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Proven track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams preferable.
- Experience in nurturing and expanding client relationships while delivering Best-in-Class service.
