Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
Job Summary:
As the Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our company's success by coordinating with clients and overseeing project teams on water/waste management infrastructure assignments across Massachusetts (Andover, Marlborough or Westfield). You should have expert knowledge of wastewater treatment facilities design; pump stations; piping networks planning & installation along with experience designing such systems around various state regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental preferred)
- Professional Engineering license required.
- 5 years minimum work experience within the field.
Responsibilities:
You'll lead cross-functional engineering teams that include technical staff from other disciplines involved in assigned projects throughout all phases including proposal development through construction completion stages. Some responsibilities may include but not limited to;
* Actively participate/maintain relationships with key stakeholders during each phase of any given project life-cycle.
* Provide mentorship/guidance towards junior engineers regarding regulatory requirements related to relevant authorities having jurisdiction over local/state/federal guidelines pertaining specifically toward waste-water management infrastructures..
* Prepare detailed reports outlining specifications/cost analysis/budget projections/timelines/etc., necessary for upper-management review prior-to commencing new initiatives/projects..
