Job Overview:
As a Water/Wastewater Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects related to water/wastewater treatment facilities across Indiana. You will manage project teams consisting of engineers and designers who work together on planning, designing, and implementing various critical aspects of successful delivery such as budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading multiple concurrent technical assignments and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Developing effective strategies with Project Manager(s) regarding scope changes or conflicts.
- Being accountable for ensuring that safety is incorporated into all designs to protect the environment and public health.
- Providing support during construction phases including inspections, quality control, and problem-solving.
Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement) in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
2. 10+ years of professional experience working specifically on water/wastewater related engineering design projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
3. Experience managing multiple large-scale infrastructure improvement initiatives simultaneously with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
