Water/Wastewater Technical Department Team Lead
Our client, a fast growing and dynamic engineering firm, is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Water/Wastewater Department Team Lead. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to water and wastewater engineering within the company's operations in Kansas City.
Qualifications:
- A minimum Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- At least 15+ years' experience managing projects within any area of Water/Wastewater
- PE in Missouri/Kansas
- Experience with Project Management, Team Leadership, Budgeting, Business Development,
- The ability to bring in business is advantageous and would be reflected within salary
Skills & Abilities:
- The successful candidate should possess proven skills such as excellent communication abilities that are necessary when liaising between stakeholders including customers and employees
- The ability to manage projects, people and clients is essential
- Excellent leadership qualities - mentorship of younger engineers and encouraging growth among teams members
- The desire to be part of an expanding firm where you can open a department in a new location and play a key role in the firms continued success
