Water/Wastewater PM for Overland Park
Our client is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their team in Overland Park. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a project manager within water/wastewater sector, specifically within water/wastewater treatment design (potable/drinking water design, water/wastewater treatment plant design, process engineering, etc.)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage junior engineers effectively.
- A successful candidate should have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, able to prioritize tasks efficiently while also being detail-oriented throughout projects' life cycle from conception through completion.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Manage all aspects of assigned projects including design; budgets; schedules; scope changes; reporting progress against objectives;
* Work collaboratively with clients on complex design issues which require both technical knowledge & interpersonal communication skills;
* Supervise junior-level staff members who report directly under them.
Compensation:
- Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
- 401k match of 6 %
- Quarterly bonuses
- Hybrid working schedule
