Responsibilities
- Lead a team comprising design professionals and technicians.
- Guide and mentor staff to foster high-performance within project teams.
- Contribute to business development efforts and collaborate on proposals and client relations.
- Support senior engineers in managing project scope, budget, staffing, and scheduling.
- Execute intricate engineering design tasks for wastewater projects.
- Supervise project design and construction to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
- Formulate project management plans and set objectives for unique endeavours.
- Coordinate quality assurance and control measures across designated projects.
- Participate in the permitting process, particularly for large-scale projects.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams in managing projects, including research and comprehension of regulatory matters.
- Assist in projecting revenue and oversee proposal management.

- Understand jurisdictional codes, legal, and design requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in wastewater projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
