Our client, located in the beautiful city of Lexington, is seeking someone who can lead their team towards success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing water/wastewater projects from conception through completion.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with water or wastewater systems as well as project management skills that enable them to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously. As part of this role, you'll supervise staff members involved with engineering design activities across all phases of our clients' infrastructure improvement programmes throughout Indiana state.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive plans and schedules
- Establish clear objectives based on customer requirements
- Manage timelines and budgets effectively
- Coordinate resources such as personnel or equipment required by each phase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) within Civil Engineering related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
Skills Required:
* Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite software,
* Knowledgeable about industry safety standards,
* Ability to analyse data sets accurately while following standard procedures outlined by regulatory authorities.
