My Client is looking for a Project/Process Engineer specializing in Water/Wastewater. This role is pivotal in our rapidly expanding business unit, providing crucial support for civil engineering (water/wastewater) design projects. As an employee-owned company, you'll share in the value you help create, contributing to our climb on ENR's top 500 design firms.
YOUR ROLE:
- Perform engineering tasks for water and wastewater treatment facility projects.
- Prepare accurate presentations, evaluations, designs, and construction documents.
- Familiarity with Biowin or similar treatment process modeling and hydraulics.
-Oversee project design teams, consultants, and clients.
-Coordinate with firm disciplines and project managers. Ensure compliance with codes, client requirements, and standards.
-Prepare specifications, review shop drawings, and provide construction administration support.
-Travel occasionally for business development and project management.
-Manage project quality control. Report project performance to managers regularly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years' experience in wastewater treatment plant project design and permitting.
- PE certification.
- B.S. Degree in civil/environmental/chemical engineering from an accredited program.
- Strong problem-solving, management, organization, and communication skills. Team player with ability to handle multiple projects.
- Valid driver's license, clear background check, and negative drug test result.
