Water/Wastewater Director

With a rich history spanning over a century, dedicated to delivering exceptional results and earning trust as a valued partner in the ACEC industry are currently seeking a Team Director for their W/WW practise to lead their St Louis team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant water/wastewater engineering experience in projects including but not limtied to surface water (raw water supply), water/wastewater treatment, storage and pumping, distribution, collection systems, pump stations, lift stations.
- Proficiency in marketing/business development in water/wastewater services, project management, and team leadership.
- Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required; ability to obtain a license in other states may be necessary.
Project Management Duties:
- Ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
- Delegate tasks, manage schedules, and budgets for project team members.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and contracts.
- Conduct project reviews and provide guidance to team members.
- Assist in the bidding process and contractor selection.
