Position Overview: As a Civil Engineer specializing in green stormwater infrastructure, you'll lead a team of designers on impactful projects while providing oversight for stormwater management aspects across various office projects. Your expertise in sustainable design and project management will be key as we continue to grow our green infrastructure practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design efforts for green stormwater infrastructure projects
- Provide project management support, including scheduling and budgeting
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies
- Contribute to marketing efforts and business development activities
Qualifications:
- P.E. License
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of design experience
- Proven project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydrology/Hydraulic Modeling software
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team
