Job Description:
As the W/WW Office Lead at our client's firm located in Lexington United States, you will have overall responsibility for all office activities related to project management and delivery within the water/wastewater sector. Your responsibilities would include but not limited to these key areas;
Responsibilities
- Directing technical staff towards successful completion of engineering designs.
- Managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously while meeting budgetary constraints
- Overseeing Construction Management Services (CMS) for various types/sizes wastewater treatment facilities & associated systems
- Developing new business opportunities through established networks or by building relationships with potential clients.
- Ensuring that quality standards are met consistently during every stage from inception until final delivery.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate should possess;
* A degree in civil/environmental engineering or equivalent qualification
* 15+ years' progressive relevant work experience including Lexington /Louisville market preferred,
* Professional Engineering license required
Skills Required:
In addition to qualifications mentioned above we require candidates who can demonstrate skills such as;
1. Project Management - Successfully managed large scale construction/rehabilitation programs/projects worth over $30 million dollars each across entire life cycle phases using PMI methodologies
2. Technical Expertise- Comprehensive knowledge about environmental regulations governing design/construction operations throughout Kentucky region
3.Leadership Skills - Proven track record demonstrating ability lead/manage cross-functional teams consisting architects/engineers/general contractors etc.,
4.Business Development Abilities Solid understanding/knowledge regarding sales/marketing principles used acquire/grow customer base/networks
5.Client Relationship Building Experience -Ability build/maintain long-term partnerships/collaborations both external/internal stakeholders
