LVI have partnered with an up-and-coming civil firm who are looking for an engineer to lead and grow their Land Development operations. This individual should have a minimum of 10-15 years of local experience in single-family residential developments.
Our client are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who they can bring on as a partner from day one in a VP role! Meaning there is the potential of an equity stake in any offer letter extended.
Requirements:
- 15+ Years of experience in Land Development
- Business Development experience in Houston
- PE License in TX
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- Project Management experience
- Ability to lead and manage a department.
- Based in Houston, TX
