VP Global Engineering Water Membrane Solutions / WMS
Introduction:
We are a leading water treatment company that is seeking a VP Global Engineering Water Membrane Solutions / WMS to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of our global engineering strategy for our Water Membrane Solutions (WMS) business. In this role, you will be working with a team of engineers to develop and design new products and solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products and solutions, as well as ensuring that our existing products are up to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a global engineering strategy for our Water Membrane Solutions business
* Work with a team of engineers to develop and design new products and solutions for our clients
* Oversee the development of new products and solutions, as well as ensuring that our existing products are up to the highest standards
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our products and solutions are meeting the needs of our clients
* Provide technical expertise to our sales and marketing team to help them sell our products and solutions
* Manage the engineering budget and ensure that we are meeting our financial targets
* Ensure that our products and solutions are meeting all relevant regulatory requirements
Skills:
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong technical skills in water treatment engineering
* Strong project management skills
* Experience working with Water Membrane Solutions (WMS) is preferred
* Experience working in the water/wastewater treatment industry is preferred
Senior level position- experience of working in a wider region i.e European, EMEA, North American.
