Salary: $134,000- $230,000
Summary: A global engineering firm is seeking a Transportation Project Director in their New Jersey office. They are looking for someone who can build their own team and lead the acquisition and delivery of tolling and transportation projects, focusing on the New Jersey Turnpike and New Jersey DOT.

ยท Managing complex projects- with high levels of regulatory agency involvement & complex technical requirements
ยท Assisting the management team in identifying staffing needs and the hiring/compensation process based on future workload
ยท Providing leadership, direction, and technical guidance to your team
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications...
ยท PE, New Jersey
ยท MS or BS in Civil Engineering
ยท Demonstrated track record of winning and executing work with NJ Turnpike and NJ DOT
ยท 11+ years experience in the transportation industry
ยท 3+ years experience in a Senior Project Management type role
ยท Exceptional technical & interpersonal skills including public speaking
