Currently seeking a talented Transmission and Distribution Engineering Project Manager
Position Overview:
As the Transmission and Distribution Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects of different complexities from inception to completion. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to budget, time line, and contractual obligations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Transmission & Distribution End-Market by leading projects and developing a skilled team to execute them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project scopes.
- Negotiate with clients for all project changes following company protocols.
- Manage all stages of project planning and execution.
- Supervise project personnel and provide leadership to subordinate leaders.
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 7 or more years of T&D project experience.
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD and similar programs.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in team environments.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professional Engineering license preferred.
