TECHNICAL PROPERTY MANAGER:
Overview:
We're seeking a Technical Property Manager for one of the premier global logistics providers. You will be working on our client's rented properties in the Hamburg Greater Area. These are essentially logistic centres.
Your Responsibilities:
Overseeing technical property management for our rented properties.
Monitoring contracted maintenance services, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
Coordinating expert examinations under building and insurance regulations.
Serving as the point of contact for site managers regarding technical inquiries.
Supporting commercial property management with technical matters.
Managing modernisation, renovation, and conversion projects.
Ensuring maintenance and fault management, including tendering, awarding, and billing.
Creating property reports and controlling costs and budgets.
Collecting and maintaining building technology master data for our logistics locations.
Your Qualifications:
A technical background in Architecture or Civil Engineering or a similar technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate/building technology.
Experience in communication with site managers and external service providers.
Solution-oriented and structured working style, with a focus on teamwork and resilience.
Strong service orientation, empathy, and independence.
