Technical Program Manager (Data Center Construction)
Base Salary: $140K - $250k
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager specializing in Data Center Construction to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center construction projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Data Center construction processes, technical expertise in relevant areas, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Procurement, and Facilities, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying potential risks and issues proactively.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- Oversee construction activities onsite, conducting regular inspections, monitoring progress, and addressing any deviations from the plan in a timely manner.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, permits, specifications, and change orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, providing regular reports and presentations as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize construction processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
