Job Summary:
As an Engineer-Technical Maintenance with my client's company, your primary responsibility will be assisting with meter design which includes meter circuit location, instrument transformer sizing and loading along with programming new meter evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with designing meters circuits
* Specify appropriate sizes of instrument transformers according to various loads.
* Develop program codes that would help programmable logic controllers function effectively.
* Ensure adherence by providing support through technical training programs
Skills Required:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
- A Texas Professional Engineer certification is preferred, but not required
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Understanding of NERC Standards PRC-005, PRC-004 and PRC-018
- Compliance experience
