A leading Data Centre office in Frankfurt that is currently looking for a Technical Director for their running Data Centre projects. With an experienced management team, this company was formed just under 5 years ago - in this time they have grown to over 50 employees and are leading some of the largest data centre developments in Germany. If you have a strong leadership background and are experienced in hyper-scale data centre projects, this could be the next position for you.

The role will include the following tasks:
Working with the managing partners to develop a business strategy
Leading an internal team of 30+ employees
Coordination of all internal/external project managers and sub-contractors
Ensuring projects run according to AHO, HOAI, VOB
Leading data centre projects over 400 millionโฌ

You should have the following experiences:
15+ years experience in technical project management
Have lead internal teams - over 20 employees
Experience in data Centre projects over 200 million is essential
Extensive experience with AHO, HOAI 1-9 and VOB
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
