Key Skills, Competencies, Experience, and Certifications required:
โช Degree in Civil Engineering
โช Missouri PE, PTOE License
โช 10+ years of professional experience in traffic engineering design
โช MicroStation experience
โช Proficiency with Microsoft's Office suite of programs
โช Previous experience working in a team environment
โช Excellent written and verbal communication skills
