Position: Superintendent
Location: Portland, OR
Salary: $120,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)

Experience Needed:
- Proven experience overseeing large diameter pipe projects from conception to completion.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing deep underground wet utility installations, including sewer, water, and storm drainage systems.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in underground utility projects.
- Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance and quality control.
- Track record of effectively managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project success.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on underground utility projects.
- OSHA 30-hour certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
