The Solution Executive is tasked with overseeing crucial sales pursuit activities throughout the business cycle, encompassing Pre-Sales, Transition to Delivery, and Account Management. This position is closely integrated with both the Business Development Team and aligned with our Practice Teams and Leadership. The key responsibilities and necessary skills include effective communication at all organizational levels, the ability to comprehend and articulate complex business or technical issues and their solutions, addressing objections, and elucidating the compelling advantages of adopting our solutions. The Solution Executive is anticipated to generate new consulting revenues.
You must have:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication and writing skills in order to be client facing.
- 10-15 years of technical experience in the T&D, Substation, or Power related industry.
- 5-7 years in a client facing role - examples include...Project Management, Engineering Manager, or Client management role.
- Prior experience with utilities.
