Job Summary
Seeking a Site/Civil Project Manager to join the Philadelphia, PA team. This role involves coordinating the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering projects and overseeing personnel. The projects encompass various sectors such as healthcare, education, distribution, commercial, and more.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering projects.
- Coordinate client communication.
- Supervise site layout, grading, drainage, etc.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Manage projects within budgets and timelines.
- Prepare reports and proposals.
- Provide expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Professional Engineer license.
- 6+ years of related experience.
- Knowledge of land use processes and regulations.
- Strong client development and management skills.
- Site/civil experience across various project types.
- Ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in stormwater management design.
- Experienced in technical and proposal writing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
