This firm is seeking a Project Manager who has experience with Highway/Road/Bridge construction for their Richmond team.
The typical project size for this division is around 10-50 million dollars.
The highway construction project manager will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope. They also hire and manage subcontractors and employees, gather permits, and ensure all aspects of the project are up to code.
Fairfax:
This firm is also seeking to add a Project Manager to their Fairfax team with Site work experience.
They are seeking for a Project Manager that has experience with excavation, underground construction, grading, and utilities.
This Project manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
