Roles and Responsibilities:
- Successfully guided the sales organization towards accomplishing revenue and profit targets, with a primary focus on devising and implementing a global sales strategy.
- Develop accurate annual budgets and forecasts by leveraging precise market projections.
- Drive the acquisition of new business opportunities by leveraging personal networks, industry expertise, and customer relationships to secure significant and strategic deals with hyper-scale customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hyper-scale customers, channel partners, and system integrators.
- Remain informed about competitors' current and future performance, product enhancements, pricing strategies, and sales trends.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in the data center industry and identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
