LVI currently have a great opening for a Commercial Roofing Professional to lead a Service Department for a Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing business based out of West Palm Beach.
This client is a specialized business looking to scale this year following an increase in workload. They focus primarily on commercial re-roofs as well as new construction, working with all common single-ply systems. It is shaping up to be an exciting year for the business, so this is a chance to be a part of their journey!
As the Service Department Manager, you will oversee this firms repair and maintenance division, ensuring client satisfaction through the management of roof technicians as well as managing existing + new accounts.
Some key responsibilities:
- Run and manage operations of the service department, working with contractors, project managers, superintendents and estimators to see through projects from inception to completion.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, leveraging networking and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and actively participate in industry organizations.
- Assist in the growth of office in terms of revenue, involving the scale of existing accounts as well as new.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing market (5+ years minimum)
- Excellent time management skills, critical for maintaining a fluid service division.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
