Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will have 4-10 years of experience and a background in civil or structural engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular project status reports and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in project planning within the natural resources/mining or infrastructure/commercial/residential sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
