Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Division Leader - Medical Equipment Planning
Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Project Manager/ Division Leader for their medical equipment planning division. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing teams, business development skills as well as exceptional networking abilities.
Responsibilities:
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team responsible for developing plans related to the purchase or replacement of medical equipment.
Business Development
- Responsible for identifying potential clients through market research activities that include analysing industry trends, attending trade shows/events & conferences while also building relationships with key stakeholders within target markets.
Project Management
- Develop project schedules using Microsoft Office tools including Excel worksheets; oversee budgetary requirements by monitoring expenses against estimates provided during pre-project planning stages
Qualifications:
Education/Certification/Licensure Requirements -
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution (preferably Engineering)
PMP certification
Skills Required-
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision,
Demonstrated ability in negotiating contracts on behalf of company/clientele
Sector Experience - Healthcare sector-specific knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Salary Offered - $130000 per year plus benefits package which includes health insurance coverage options available after 90 days probation period.
