As a multi-disciplinary firm, my client provides a full range of services within Land Development to a host of clients throughout New Jersey within the commercial, industrial, renewable, and residential markets.
They are currently hiring for a Senior Project Manager to step in, providing technical and managerial expertise to oversee existing work, lead a production team and win additional land development work. The successful candidate will have a hunter mentality with the technical expertise to supplement their vision of continuous growth. The person will lead business development efforts with local municipalities, architects and developers, growing and nurturing the relationships with existing and new clients.
Additional responsibilities will include training and mentoring of Project Managers and Design Engineers, working directly with clients to support their vision, key stakeholder engagement, public speaking, and financial management for projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering, master's degree is a plus
- Professional Engineering Certification in New Jersey required
- Demonstrated department leading experience within New Jersey
- Proven experience in designing commercial, industrial, renewable, and commercial land development projects
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Hands on experience in project management, business development and staff mentoring and training
- Current, complementary client base in New Jersey is a plus
