They are currently seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to oversee a prestigious mid-rise luxury multifamily apartment project in Sarasota.
Position Overview: As the Construction Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of a high-end multifamily residential project from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure adherence to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and time lines while upholding our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Implement effective project management strategies to mitigate risks and optimise project outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain project schedule and budget.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing mid-rise or high-rise construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
