They have operated in the US since 1905 and have a strong reputation throughout the industry for the quality of their projects. Their areas of specialism include: Multifamily, Life sciences, Academic and Institutional. They are looking to bring on board a talented SPM to expand their operations in MA even further and run some of the most challenging and exciting projects in the state!

Qualifications:
10+ years in the lead role on projects valued at $100 million+
Run large scale ($100M+) projects with teams of varying sizes
Strong technical and communication skills are critical

Responsibilities:
You will be establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
Project Executive Responsibilities
Manages critical issues
Enforces project reporting requirements
Assumes overall accountability for job-site safety and quality
Directs and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc
