Senior Project Engineer, Site Development
Our client, a leading engineering firm, is seeking a Site Development Senior Project Engineer to join their team in Houston. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, design, and construction of commercial development projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the design and construction of site development projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources - Including preparing project reports and documentation
- Work with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the required standard
- Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards
- Contribute to technical production on projects, using AutoCAD / Civil 3D
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and meets the company's health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' local experience in site / land development
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software
