Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operations support to Property Management teams
- Lead testing & commissioning of M&E systems for new developments
- To plan and execute regular site inspection and health check on M&E equipment
- Provide technical advice and prepare technical specifications for M&E equipment upgrading/replacement works in collaboration with contract department.
- To support Operations team in conducting feasibility study for any A&A works,
- Manage Capex planning
- To support building owners on the feasibility study of engineering solutions and conduct life cycle costing to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure M&E and Operational guidelines for any new and AEI projects are met
- To advise on the design of ACMV systems and M&E services to achieve operational and cost efficiency
- Review performance guarantee contracts and integrated facilities management contracts
- Work on engineering and environmental sustainability initiatives
- To train and provide guidance to engineering and technical services team
- To develop goals and strategies to support organisational objectives
- To advise Owner on the operating cost of equipment and operation in the building
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- 10+ years of working experience, preferably M&E consultancy and project management
- Experience in Energy Management and Audit
- Familiar with Chiller Plant and air-conditioning system operation
- Experience in facilities management
