We are representing a Petroleum Service and Construction company, looking for an experienced Lead Industrial Hygienist to manage and assist in growth of the Industrial Hygiene team within the Environmental Consulting Department. Typical work includes asbestos, lead, mold, PCBs, indoor air investigations, and remediation projects. Position requires both technical and managerial expertise.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in engineering, environmental science, industrial hygiene or other related science from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience of which 4 must include supervisory and project management experience.
- Lead and Asbestos licensing in VA, MD and/or DC is required. Must be familiar with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations and have completed OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper training. CIH, CHMM or CSP are a plus.
