Senior Geotechnical Engineer - DAM Projects
Overview: Our client, a leading firm specializing in geotechnical, dam, and tunnel engineering, is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their team. The firm is renowned for delivering complex engineering solutions in remote and challenging environments, with a track record of successful projects across the U.S. and in over 150 countries. Company has work on huge projects including a $2 billion tunnel construction project for the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) and inspections for a major dam generating significant power for Seattle.
Role: As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and managing a variety of geotechnical projects. You will work on innovative design solutions, oversee site investigations, and provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
- P.E. license required.
- 5-10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, applicants from outside this range are also welcome
- Experience with DAM projects is required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
