My client, an award-winning event production and creative agency, is seeking a full-time Project Manager. This person will collaborate across all aspects of the team to activate new client events, build and manage event plans, and see projects through from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented. They thrive in a fast paced environment, build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members quickly, and create systems to ensure that event details and deadlines never fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities:
โ Kick off all onboarding tasks for new clients
โ Manage client relationships, needs, communication, and expectations throughout the event planning process and beyond
โ Conceptualize client events, source and select vendors and venues, and all day-to-day aspects of managing multiple projects/events
โ Coordinate internal team resources and communication for event execution
โ Oversee the execution of activation plans, budgets, and implementations
โ Create and follow-up on production schedules, activities, tasks, and deadlines
โ Manage multiple events and prioritize tasks
โ Work onsite at events as needed
โ Creative problem solving on a variety of challenges
The ideal candidate's qualifications:
