Job Description: Senior Director of BD/Capture will be responsible for leading the organization's business development and capture efforts. This individual will work closely with the sales team to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities and contracts. The Senior Director of BD/Capture will be responsible for developing and executing capture plans and strategies, identifying potential partners and teaming opportunities, and leading proposal development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization's business development and capture efforts

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in business development and capture management
- Strong understanding of the procurement process
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, engineering) preferred
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, engineering) a plus
