Role: Senior Department Lead - Water Business
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Salary: $160 - $200k+ (depending on experience and expertise)

Responsibilities
As the Senior Department Lead, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the business
- Manage and grow the team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide technical expertise to clients
- Manage project budgets
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Ensure the quality of work meets client expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required
- At least 12 years of experience in the Water/Wastewater Engineering field
- Professional Engineering License
- Business Development exposure / experience
- Strong connections in the market, and book of business is preferred.
