LVI are working with a well known multi-disciplinary engineering company that are looking for a Biomechanical Engineer. The unique thing about this opportunity is that you can be located anywhere in the US! You will work on a variety of cases analyzing impact on the human body, such as work place and occupation injuries, slip/trip or falls, as well as impact from vehicle accidents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform accident reconstruction and conduct occupant injury biomechanical analysis
- Travel to client sites and accident scenes to gather information and perform inspections
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to analyze complex issues at accident scenes
- Provide testimony of findings at deposition or trial
- Contribute towards business growth and developing client relationships
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Masters in Biomechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Ph.D. preferred)
- 5+ years worth of experience in human body impact analysis
- Experience with dynamic testing, data collection and data analysis
