Our regionally establish, well known General Contractor client is seeking an experienced and driven Scheduler for our multifamily construction projects located in the vibrant city of Dallas, Texas. We are looking for someone who can manage schedules with ease while ensuring that all aspects of our project timelines meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive scheduling plans to keep projects on track
- Monitor progress against established deadlines
- Communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Building/Construction Management.
- At least five years' experience working as a Scheduling Manager within multi-family residential buildings industry
- In-depth knowledge of MS Project software.
