A global and leading filtration manufacturing MNC is looking for a Sales Manager in Japan. The incumbent will be responsible for developing the market and achieving sales beyond the target.
Product: Filter components such as vacuum dryer belts, Filter bags/cloth, purifier products etc
Target market: Automotive, Medical, Aerospace, Membrane Technology
Mode of work: Remote, based anywhere in Japan
Responsibilities:
- The candidate shall establish and maintain effective Customer relationship by consulting services and providing solution to ensure a positive Customer experience, before and after sales
- Responsible for the sustainable growth of both Sales Revenue and Profit with company products in the respective Filtration Applications for New prospects and existing Customers.
- Develop and independently manage the process filtration sales plan and activity that covers: field sales action plan, sales targets, customer visits, Presentation, Proposals, Negotiations, Contract Term.
- Participate in product training and guidance for clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industrial sales experience with proven sales track record
- Technical understanding of Filter Media and Filtration processes, Component knowledge is an advantage
- Willing frequently travelling in the sales area
- Education - Diploma / Degree / Master Degree in Engineering from recognized institution.
- Must be dynamic, pro-active work style
- Good team player, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented
- Computer literate - MS office, Lotus Notes, ERP Infor. CRM
- Good English language knowledge, both in written and verbal
