Description:
As a Roadway Project Manager, oversee various highway design projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance through every phase of the construction process while maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders such as clients or contractors.
Candidates must have:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited university, preferably in Civil/Water Resources/Environmental Engineering.
- At least 10 years' experience working directly on transportation/highway-related projects
- Strong knowledge of Florida Department Of Transportation (FDOT) policies/regulations/guidelines regarding roadways management & planning
Skills:
- P.E. License in Florida
The ideal candidate should possess advanced-level proficiency using latest versions of Bentley Microstation/Open Roads Designer suite and excellent communication abilities, both written/oral. Ability to work comfortably under pressure/deadlines without compromising quality standards and leadership qualities, including mentorship/coaching/team-building capabilities.
Salary Expectations:
This full-time position comes with industry-leading benefits and a competitive salary starting at $140,000 up to $220,000 based on qualifications/experience level; compensation packages will be commensurate accordingly thereafter.
