Seeking a Talented Restoration-Focused Project Manager in Edmonton!
Our client is looking for an experienced and skilled project manager to join their team as they embark on exciting restoration projects throughout the city of Edmonton. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural restoration work, with particular focus on building envelope and foundations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams (architects/engineers), external contractors/subcontractors/vendors involved in each project
- Monitor progress against established timelines; manage quality control efforts ensuring that deliverables meet standards while adhering to budget constraints
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Education/Experience:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within Civil Engineering field or relevant technical training equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial /industrial infrastructure rehabilitation/restoration-related construction contracts;
Skills required include but are not limited to:
-Restoration engineering knowledge focusing specifically on Building Envelope & Foundation repair techniques.
-Capable of business development and generating/maintaining relationships with clients
