Position: Senior Bridge Structural Engineer
Location: Remote (based in Illinois)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and analysis of complex bridge structures, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, from initial concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and design using advanced modeling tools and software.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery within budget and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) and (SE) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in bridge structural engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Skills: Expertise in bridge design and analysis, proficiency with structural engineering software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar), and a strong understanding of relevant codes and standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
