Qualifications
*15+ years of professional experience
*Must be familiar with and a strong participant in water industry professional organizations (i.e., AWWA, WEF), with established record of publications in technical journals, and presentations at industry conferences
*Strong technical/design background in water and wastewater treatment in the United States municipal water industry
*Strong project management and proven business development experience in United States municipal water industry
*Strong client and project delivery experience in Water/Wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure, with an understanding of other market sectors within the A/E/C industry
*Licensed professional engineer in any of the MidWest states
*Experience building business through external client engagement and internal sales management processes
*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily
*The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
*Responsible for growing water and/or wastewater treatment market share
*Develop national strategies and lead growth in water/wastewater treatment market, including advanced water treatment and water re-use
*Serve as regional technical lead for water/wastewater treatment; lead technical excellence development of treatment project delivery team members located throughout the Country
*Coordinate and partner with other regional leads to identify and win transformative W/WW treatment opportunities, including alternative delivery projects, that would increase market share and elevate brand recognition
*Develop and implement key client engagement plans and actions
*Provide QA/QC, technical review and other technical assistance on treatment projects
