A European Pumps manufacturing and distributing MNC is looking for a Business Director in Singapore. The incumbent will be leading a team and responsible for spearheading the O&G / Petrochemical / Refinery business across SEA and ANZ.
Oversee sales and distributor management activities across ASEAN countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and ANZ.
Take charge of direct sales, budget management, customer and distributor account development, and provide technical support and solutions to customers.
Update key accounts against targets, manage project pipelines, accounts receivable, and sales forecasts, while identifying new market opportunities.
Specialize in large-scale project solutions sales, covering the entire process from feed to delivery and contract management.
identify project opportunities, and Ensure the highest levels of customer service by anticipating and exceeding expectations, upholding quality, technology, and service standards to achieve client satisfaction.
10+ years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in the Pumps, Turbomachinery, Capital Equipment industry, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Marine, etc
Demonstrate expertise in developing sales strategies, implementing business plans, and setting targets for the ASEAN market, adapting to market changes.
Have hands-on experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate teams in an innovative and sales-focused environment.
Display Strong stakeholder management skills.
Regional travels across assigned countries.
