Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety regulations. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest water treatment plant projects in Atlanta.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a construction project manager, and you must possess a strong knowledge of Georgia codes and standards. We are seeking a candidate who has a track record of managing complex projects and who has the ability to effectively utilize resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Skills:
The successful candidate will possess a variety of skills, including project management, construction management, water treatment experience, and leadership skills. As a project manager, you must have the ability to manage complex projects through planning, execution, and monitoring while utilizing resources effectively. You must also be knowledgeable about different aspects involved with building new facilities and cost estimation methods, including quantity take-off procedures and contract management practices such as claims avoidance/mitigation measures. In addition, you must have familiarity with designing, constructing, installing, and maintaining various components associated with water/wastewater systems, such as pumps, piping networks, storage tanks, and filtration equipment. Finally, you must have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead teams consisting of different backgrounds towards achieving common goals/objectives by communicating clearly expectations, roles, and responsibilities.

In addition to the qualifications and skills outlined above, we are offering an annual salary package of $140,000+, inclusive of a benefits package covering health insurance coverage and other perks along with a company vehicle and gas card.
