Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a background in site development, particularly within the local Houston area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and leading a small team of professionals. Additionally, you will take on client management responsibilities, serving as the primary liaison between the firm and an exclusive client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee site development projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a small team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for a client across multiple states.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project management function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in site development project management, preferably within the Houston area.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations and permitting processes.
