Experience Needed:
- Proven experience managing large diameter pipe projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Extensive background in overseeing deep underground wet utility projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in underground utility installations.
- Ability to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client objectives and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and addressing project challenges proactively.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor project teams to achieve excellence.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on large diameter pipe and deep underground wet utility projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Knowledge of relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
