Join a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary private civil consulting firm specializing in private land and site development projects. The firm is looking for an engineer experienced in engineering and project management for private development projects in Las Vegas who could provide technical mentorship to the team's juniors and liaise with clients. You will work directly with principal engineers and the director of engineering on the completion of projects and the overall business strategy for the Las Vegas office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and/or commercial land development projects
- Coordinate and conduct engineering design activities
- Prepare feasibility reports and cost estimates
- Mentor and supervise EITs
- Collaborate with a talented team of designers
- Coordinate with external consultants as necessary
- Manage existing client relationships
- Pursue new business, contributing to company growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona (or able to receive in 6 months)
- Minimum of 4 years of postgraduate experience (Phoenix experience preferred)
- Experience in the design of residential and commercial sites (drainage, grading, utilities, pavement, plot plans, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of CAD software
